Made to Order, Made with Intention

Every 3toRide piece begins production only after you place your order. We don’t keep inventory, and we don’t mass‑produce. This approach reduces waste, ensures fresher prints, and allows each item to be created with care — just for you.

We believe beautiful things take time, and we appreciate your patience as we craft your piece.

 

Production Time

2–7 business days (depending on the product type and production partner)

Each item goes through printing, quality checks, and packaging before it leaves the studio. Because everything is made to order, production may take slightly longer during peak seasons.

 

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks (varies by region)

Most orders arrive within this window, though international deliveries may take a little longer due to customs and local carriers.

We will send updates at every step — from production to dispatch to final delivery — so you always know where your order is.

 

Shipping Fees

We offer Free Shipping on orders over US$50. No surprises at checkout — just beautiful design, delivered with care.

International orders may have additional customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by us.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems delayed or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us. We’re here to help and will work with our production partners to resolve the issue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.

Simply reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of everything.
