Made to Order

Every 3toRide piece is created specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because we produce on demand — rather than keeping inventory — we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or personal preference.

This approach helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep our designs accessible.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We want you to love your piece. If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • flawed
  • or different from what you ordered

we will replace it at no cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll take care of everything from there.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or tracking has not updated for several days, please reach out. We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within the first 2 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Returns for Change of Mind

As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size
  • preferring a different design
  • buyer’s remorse
